Current and former patients who used a MyChart patient portal account associated with St. Joseph Hospital of Nashua, New Hampshire, between Jan. 1, 2023, and the present may qualify to submit a claim for $50 from a class action settlement. The settlement class includes approximately 69,000 individuals.

St. Joseph Hospital of Nashua agreed to pay $1,250,000 to settle a class action lawsuit alleging the hospital unlawfully collected, used and disclosed the personally identifiable and protected health information of individuals who used the MyChart patient portal.

Class members are individuals who used a MyChart patient portal account associated with St. Joseph Hospital at any time from Jan. 1, 2023, to the present.

Cash payment: Class members can submit a claim to receive a $50 payment.
