Job seekers who applied for a job with Mondelez Global LLC in Washington state between Jan. 1, 2023, and April 2, 2025, where the job posting did not include pay transparency requirements may qualify to claim at least $1,395.64 from a class action settlement.
Mondelez agreed to pay up to $6.96 million to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging its Washington job postings did not include the required wage scale, salary range or general description of all benefits and other compensation.
Who is eligible to file a Mondelez claim?
Class members must meet all of the following criteria:
- They applied for a job opening with Mondelez Global LLC in the state of Washington between Jan. 1, 2023, and April 2, 2025.
- The job posting for the position they applied for did not disclose the wage scale or salary range and/or a general description of all benefits and other compensation offered for the position.
How much is the Washington job posting payout?
Pro rata payment: The actual amount eligible class members receive will depend on the total number of valid claims submitted and the final net settlement fund.
- The minimum payment per claimant is $1,395.64.
- The maximum payment per claimant is $5,000.
- The total settlement fund ranges from a minimum of $4,527,895.00 to a maximum of $6,962,000.00.

Class members can file a claim online or download, print and complete a PDF claim form to mail or email to the settlement administrator. The claim deadline is July 29, 2025.
