Undergraduate students enrolled at any of McKendree University's physical locations during the spring 2020 semester may qualify to claim a free online course (up to three credit hours) from a class action settlement.
McKendree University agreed to provide noncash benefits valued at approximately $1.77 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging it breached its contract with students by moving to remote learning in spring 2020 without issuing partial tuition and fee refunds.
