LifeMD Data Privacy Tracking Pixel Class Action Settlement

Consumers who are or were a member of LifeMD or RexMD or who ordered or purchased products from LifeMD or RexMD may qualify to claim up to $25 from a class action settlement.

LifeMD Inc. agreed to settle a class action lawsuit alleging it disclosed users’ private health information to third parties through tracking technologies on its websites.

Who can file a LifeMD claim?

Class members must meet all of the following criteria:

• They reside in the United States.
• They are or were a member of LifeMD or RexMD OR
• They ordered or purchased products from LifeMD or RexMD through the effective date of the settlement agreement.
• Their private information was allegedly disclosed to a third party through the use of tracking tools on the LifeMD or RexMD websites.

The settlement affects approximately 835,159 individuals. Class members who received a notice about the settlement are most likely a class member.

How much can class members get?

Eligible class members who submit a valid claim can choose one of two options:

• A $10 cash payment
• A $25 voucher for the purchase of any LifeMD or RexMD services or products

The voucher will be sent by email and credited to the recipient’s account. It is valid for two years from the date of issuance and can be used toward any product or service LifeMD or RexMD offers.

How to claim a tracking pixel class action rebate

Class members can submit an online claim form or download, print, complete and mail PDF claim form. The claim form deadline is Sept. 22, 2025.

Each class member may only submit one claim and select one benefit.

Information required

Class members must provide the settlement claim ID included in the notice they received by mail or email. Those who no longer have their notice should contact the settlement administrator at the above address, by calling 888-850-2224 or by emailing info@LifeMDSettlement.com.

Payout options

• Cash payments will be paid via electronic payment or paper check
• Vouchers will be delivered by email and credited to the class member's account

RexMD settlement fund breakdown

The settlement fund will cover:

• Settlement administration costs: To be determined
• Attorneys’ fees and expenses: Up to $750,000
• Service awards for each class representative: $2,500 each ($5,000 total)
• Payments to eligible class members: The remainder of the fund

• Fairness hearing: Sept. 30, 2025

When is the LifeMD settlement payout date?

Payments will be distributed after the settlement receives final court approval and any appeals are resolved.

Why was there a class action settlement?

The class action lawsuit claimed LifeMD Inc. installed tracking technologies, such as pixels, on its websites. These tracking tools allegedly disclosed users' individually identifiable health information and protected health information to unauthorized third parties, including companies like Meta, Google and TikTok. The plaintiffs claimed this was an invasion of privacy and violated certain laws.

LifeMD denied all allegations but agreed to settle to avoid further litigation costs and uncertainty.
