Zazzle Deceptive Pricing Class Action Settlement

If you purchased a product at a discount from Zazzle.com while living in California, Washington, or Oregon during the qualifying time periods, you may be eligible to receive a voucher for up to $10 from a class action settlement.

Zazzle Inc. has agreed to pay to settle a class action lawsuit for allegedly misleading consumers about discounts advertised on its website.

Who is eligible for a Zazzle settlement benefit?

You are a class member if:

• You purchased one or more products at a purported discount from Zazzle.com.
• Your purchase was made while you were in:
• California or Washington, between July 1, 2020 and September 25, 2023
• Oregon, between July 1, 2023 and September 25, 2023

Are there any exclusions?

If you made a purchase from Zazzle.com and paid the list price with no discount, you do not qualify for this settlement.

How much is the class action payout?

Eligible class members will receive one of the following:

• Every eligible class member will automatically receive a $5 voucher for use on Zazzle.com.
• Class members that spent more than $35 on discounted Zazzle.com goods during the class period, will receive a second $5 voucher, totaling $10.
• Class members that use a settlement voucher to make an online purchase will receive a free one-month subscription to Zazzle Plus, which includes unlimited free shipping for the duration of the membership.

Settlement Vouchers:

• Can be used on any purchase on Zazzle.com with no blackout dates or restrictions.
• Are valid for at least one year after distribution.
• Are stackable and can be combined with other offers or discounts.
• Are freely transferable and can be used together in a single transaction if you receive two.

No claim form required

Class members do not need to submit a claim form in order to receive a settlement benefit. The settlement administrator has received purchase information and email addresses from Zazzle.

Zazzle class action settlement fund breakdown

The settlement fund will include:

• Settlement administration costs: To be determined
• Attorneys’ fees: Up to $650,000
• Service award to class representative: Not to exceed $2,500
• Payments to class members: Settlement Vouchers worth $5 or $10, depending on purchase amount
• Other benefits: Free one-month Zazzle Plus membership upon voucher use

• Final Approval Hearing: June 27, 2025 at 1:30 PM PDT

When is the Zazzle Pricing Settlement payout date?

Settlement vouchers will be distributed to eligible class members by email within 45 days after the settlement receives final approval.

Why was there a class action settlement?

This class action lawsuit was filed because Zazzle Inc. was accused of deceptively advertising discounts on its website, allegedly violating consumer protection laws in California, Washington, and Oregon.
