- You applied for a job opening with HP Inc. or HP Health Solutions Inc. in the state of Washington.
- Your application was submitted between January 1, 2023, and March 26, 2025.
- The job posting for the position you applied to did not disclose the wage scale or salary range.
How much is the job posting class action payout?
Pro Rata Cash Payment: Each approved claimant will receive an equal payment from the net settlement fund. Final amount will be determined by the number of claims filed.
How to claim an HP class action rebate
To receive a settlement payment, class members must submit a claim form by the deadline of July 8, 2025. You can file a claim online or complete the claim form included with your official settlement notice and mail it to the settlement administrator.

When is the HP Inc. job posting settlement payout date?
Payments will be mailed to eligible claimants approximately 75 days after the court grants final approval of the settlement.
