Individuals who accessed and used www.fcionline.com in the United States between Sept. 1, 2020, and Dec. 31, 2024, may be eligible to claim an estimated $30 to $60 from a class action settlement.
Fertility Centers of Illinois PLLC agreed to pay $375,000 to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging it disclosed users’ personally identifiable information to Facebook and Google without their consent in violation of the Electronic Communications Privacy Act.
Who can file a claim?
The settlement class includes anyone in the United States who accessed and used www.fcionline.com at any time from Sept. 1, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2024.
How much can class members receive?
The total settlement fund is $375,000. After deducting attorneys’ fees and costs, administrative costs and a service award for the class representative, the settlement administrator will distribute the remaining amount equally among all approved claimants. This is known as a pro rata distribution.
Each eligible class member who submits a valid claim form will receive a payment from the settlement fund. The estimated payment is between $30 and $60 per person, but the final amount will depend on how many valid claims are submitted.

When is the Fertility Centers of Illinois PLLC settlement payout date?
