Individuals who applied for a job with Pandora Ventures, Pandora Jewelry, Pandora Franchising or Pandora Ecomm in Washington state between Jan. 1, 2023, and July 26, 2025, may be eligible to receive an estimated $3,290.04 from a class action settlement.
Pandora Ventures LLC agreed to pay as much as $1.99 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging it failed to include wage scales, salary ranges and general benefit information in job postings as required by Washington law.
Who are the class members?
Class members must meet the following criteria:
- They applied for a job opening in the state of Washington with Pandora Ventures, Pandora Jewelry, Pandora Franchising or Pandora Ecomm.
- They submitted their application for employment between Jan. 1, 2023, and July 26, 2025.
- The job posting they applied to did not disclose the wage scale or salary range and a general description of benefits and other compensation to be offered to a hired applicant.
How much are settlement payments?
Cash payment: Eligible class members will receive a cash payment estimated at $3,290.04 for each separate job posting they applied for during the qualifying period.
No claim form required
Class members do not need to file a claim form to receive a settlement payment. They can submit an address update and payment election online using the login ID from and PIN from the settlement notice they received or submit an address update by printing and completing the PDF address form and mailing or emailing it to the settlement administrator.

Payout options

Settlement fund breakdown
The settlement fund of up to $1,990,000 will include:
- Settlement administration costs: Up to $35,000
- Attorneys' fees and costs: $663,333.33
- Service award to the class representative: $25,000
- Payments to eligible class members: Remaining settlement funds

When is the Pandora job posting settlement payout date?
The settlement administrator will issue payments to eligible class members approximately 75 days after the court grants final approval of the settlement.
Why did this class action settlement happen?
The class action lawsuit alleged Pandora Ventures LLC and related entities violated Washington law by failing to include wage scales, salary ranges and general benefit information in job postings.
Pandora denied the allegations but agreed to settle to avoid the uncertainty and cost of further litigation.
