Glacier Supply Group $625K Washington Job Posting Settlement

Employment seekers who applied for a job with Glacier Supply Group LLC in Washington state between Jan. 1, 2023, and July 26, 2025, may be eligible to claim up to $5,000 from a class action settlement.

Glacier Supply Group LLC agreed to pay up to $625,000 to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging it failed to include required wage and benefit information in job postings as mandated by Washington law.

Who can file a claim?

Class members must meet all of the following criteria:

  • They applied for a job opening with Glacier Supply Group LLC in the state of Washington.
  • They submitted their application between Jan. 1, 2023, and July 26, 2025.
  • The job posting for the position did not include the wage scale or salary range and a general description of all benefits for the position.

The settlement administrator used the defendant’s records to identify approximately 250 individuals who meet these criteria.

How much can class members get?

Class members who submit a valid claim form are eligible to receive an equal share of the net settlement fund. The estimated payment per class member ranges from $1,582.50 up to a maximum of $5,000, depending on deductions for attorneys' fees and expenses, service awards to class representatives and administration costs; the number of valid claims submitted; and the total number of eligible claimants.

The settlement fund is structured as follows:

  • If 125 or fewer class members (50% of the estimated 250) submit valid claims, the settlement administrator will use the minimum settlement fund of $427,187.50. Each claimant would receive $1,582.50.
  • For every additional claimant above 125, Glacier Supply Group will increase the fund by $1,582.50 per person up to a maximum of $625,000. The maximum individual payment is capped at $5,000.
