Who is eligible for a Claire's payout?
Class members must meet all of the following criteria:
- They applied for a job opening with Claire’s Boutiques Inc. in the state of Washington.
- They submitted their application between Jan. 1, 2023, and April 9, 2025.
- They applied through a job posting on Claire’s website or through an authorized third-party recruiting channel, such as Indeed.com.
- The job posting did not disclose a wage scale or salary range and/or a general description of benefits or other compensation.
How much is the Washington job posting payout?
Pro rata payment: All eligible class members who submit a valid and timely claim form will receive an equal share of the net settlement fund. The actual amount may vary depending on the total number of valid claims submitted.

- The total settlement fund ranges from $690,719.82 to $1,032,000 depending on participation.
How to claim a pay transparency class action rebate
Class members can file a claim online or download a PDF claim form to print, complete and mail or email to the settlement administrator. The claim deadline is July 22, 2025.

When is the Claire’s settlement payout date?
Payments will be mailed to eligible class members approximately 74 days after the court grants final approval of the settlement and any appeals are resolved.
