
Consumers who received one or more marketing text messages from Bishop Gold Group LLC after asking them to stop may be eligible to claim a cash payment from a class action settlement.
Bishop Gold Group LLC agreed to pay $2,000,000 to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging it sent marketing text messages to individuals after they requested not to receive them. The lawsuit claims this conduct violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act.
Who can file a claim?
Class members must meet all of the following criteria:
- They received more than one marketing text message from Bishop Gold Group LLC within a 12-month period.
- They previously requested Bishop Gold Group LLC stop sending them text messages (for example, by replying with “stop” or “unsubscribe”).
- They did not re-opt in to receive text messages before receiving the additional message(s).
- They received the message(s) in the United States.
- They received the messages during the four years prior to the lawsuit.
How much can class members receive?
Pro rata payment: The total settlement fund is $2,000,000. The settlement administrator will pay attorneys’ fees, litigation expenses, administration costs and a service award to the lead plaintiff before making payments to class members.
Each eligible class member who submits a valid and timely claim will receive a pro rata share of the net settlement fund. The exact amount each class member will receive depends on the number of valid claims. The settlement administrator will distribute payments equally among all valid claimants.
How to claim a settlement payment
Class members can submit the online claim form or download, print, complete and mail the PDF claim form to the settlement administrator. The claim deadline is Dec. 5, 2025.

What proof or documentation is required to submit a claim?
All class members must provide the phone number that received the text messages.
To file an online claim, class members must log in using the unique ID and PIN printed on the notice they received. Those who are unable to locate their unique ID and PIN should contact the settlement administrator at info@BishopTCPAsettlement.com or 844-496-0874 and provide their full name and mailing address.
Payout options
The settlement administrator will issue payments by check to the address provided on the claim form.

The $2,000,000 settlement fund includes:
- Settlement administration costs: To be determined
- Attorneys’ fees: Up to $666,000
- Attorneys’ expenses: To be determined
- Service award to class representative: Up to $7,500
- Payments to eligible class members: The remainder of the fund

When is the Bishop Gold Group TCPA settlement payout date?
