On June 6, 2025, Mobile Notary Zone notified at least one company it performed notary services for that a data breach had occurred. An unauthorized actor gained access to MNZ systems and may have obtained files and documents containing sensitive consumer data.
Mobile Notary Zone has not released a list of the companies involved in the breach, or the number of affected individuals.
