A recent data breach at AutoAPS, a medical record retrieval services company, affected customers of Knights of Columbus.
AutoAPS detected unusual activity on its network on December 25, 2025. An investigation into the incident confirmed that an unauthorized actor gained access to parts of its network, allowing them to view files containing personal information.
On May 4, 2026, AutoAPS notified Knights of Columbus of the data breach. Furthermore, the breach was disclosed to the Massachusetts Attorney General on Aug. 3, 2026.
