What Happened?

HumanEdge experienced a data breach on or about March 18, 2026.

Upon discovering the breach, the company began an investigation. HumanEdge then conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted files to determine what information was involved, which concluded completed on Aug. 13, 2026.

The breach impacted at least 1,452 people in Texas, 655 in Massachusetts and 115 in Vermont, with other states possibly affected as well. Sensitive personal information was exposed during the incident.

Information Exposed:

  • Names of individuals
  • Social Security numbers
  • Driver’s license numbers
  • Government-issued ID numbers (such as passport or state ID card numbers)
  • Financial information (including account numbers, credit or debit card numbers)
  • Medical information
  • Health insurance information

The company notified affected individuals by U.S. mail.
