What Happened?

On Feb. 25, 2026, Gastro Health discovered a phishing incident involving some of its personnel. This incident resulted in unauthorized access to certain files and systems. After the breach was found, Gastro Health took immediate steps to contain the situation and launched an investigation to determine the scope and impact.

The investigation revealed that some individuals’ personal information was present in the affected files.
