What Happened?

On Aug. 8, 2025, FuturHealth discovered unauthorized activity on one of its systems.

The company began an investigation to determine the nature and scope of the incident. It was determined that between Aug. 8 and Aug. 14, 2025, certain files stored within FuturHealth’s network were viewed and copied by an unauthorized actor.

After a thorough review, FuturHealth identified individuals whose information was potentially impacted.

At this time, the specific types of information exposed has not been confirmed to the public but may include names, health insurance information, and other sensitive personal and/ or health data.

FuturHealth reported the breach to the Vermont Attorney General on March 11, 2026.
