What Happened?

A data breach involving Apple American Group LLC and Apple American Group II, LLC has put the personal information of employees at risk.

The company discovered suspicious activity on its network on Apr. 9, 2026. An investigation revealed that an unauthorized actor accessed certain or acquired certains files between Apr. 8 and Apr. 9, 2026.

The breach was disclosed to the Vermont Attorney General on Aug. 18, 2026. So far, 2,992 people in Vermont alone were affected by this incident.
