The breach was first reported to the Vermont Attorney General on Aug. 18, 2026, with 2,992 Vermont residents identified as affected.

Both personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI) were compromised as a result of the breach, including Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, financial account codes, credit and debit account information, health records and biometric information.
