TRAAC Data Breach Impacts 5,040 Patients: Medical Info Exposed

Texas Regional Asthma, Allergy & Immunology Center, a specialty medical practice with locations in Southlake and Fort Worth, Texas, was affected by a data breach involving its software vendor, Rosch Visionary Systems Inc.

The breach originated at Rosch Visionary Systems, a Pennsylvania-based company that provides software for allergy medical practices. Texas Regional Asthma, Allergy & Immunology Center is one of the medical practices that uses Rosch's software.

Rosch detected a compromise to a portion of its network that could have affected the personal or health information of patients. At this time, however, the specific dates of the breach, the method of the attack and when the compromise was first discovered have not been disclosed in the available materials.

The types of information potentially exposed included names, addresses, medical information and medical records.

The breach was reported to the Massachusetts and Texas attorneys general offices starting on Sept. 16, 2026. Affected individuals are being notified by U.S. Mail.

The breach has so far affected 5,038 Texas residents and two Massachusetts residents.

Rosch is offering 24 months of free credit monitoring through a third-party provider.

To enroll, affected individuals must visit a dedicated website and enter a unique enrollment code, both of which are included in their personal notification letter. Enrollment must be completed within 90 days of the date of the letter.

The company has also established a dedicated phone line for questions about the incident. The phone number is included in each individual's notification letter. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, excluding major U.S. holidays.
