The types of information exposed in this breach have not yet been identified. However, it may have included personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI) of patients who relied on the organization for medical and behavioral health services. Both PII and PHI were at risk, placing affected individuals at increased risk of identity theft or fraud.
