Open Door Health Center Data Breach: PHI Exposed

Open Door Health Center of Illinois, a nonprofit primary care and sexual health clinic in the far western suburbs of Chicago, disclosed a data breach that affected 501 individuals in the United States.

A cybercriminal group known as INC Ransom claimed responsibility for the attack. On May 21, 2026, the group posted a listing on the dark web, claiming it had obtained the organization's data.
