
Jackpocket Interactive Gaming LLC, doing business as Jackpocket Casino, disclosed a data breach involving a third-party platform provider that may have exposed personal information.
On May 14, 2026, Jackpocket Casino became aware of a security incident at a third-party platform provider used by the company. The incident involved unauthorized access to the provider's platform. Jackpocket Casino stated that its own systems and networks were not impacted by the breach.
The types of personal information potentially exposed included usernames, first and last names, dates of birth, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, postal codes and Social Security numbers.
The provider informed Jackpocket Casino that its investigation found no evidence that passwords, password hashes, payment card numbers or other financial account information details were compromised.
The company filed disclosures with the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation and the Nebraska Attorney General. Jackpocket Casino began sending notification letters to affected individuals on June 12, 2026.
Jackpocket Casino is offering affected individuals 24 months of complimentary identity protection and credit monitoring services through Experian IdentityWorks.
Affected individuals can enroll at the Experian IdentityWorks enrollment page using the unique activation code provided in their notification letter. The deadline to enroll is Sept. 30, 2026.
