Reid Health Data Privacy Class Action Settlement

Indiana residents who were also patients of Reid Health and whose private information the company may have shared with third parties through the Meta pixel or similar website-tracking tools may qualify to claim $25 from a class action settlement.

Reid Hospital & Health Care Services Inc. (commonly known as Reid Health) agreed to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging it disclosed confidential personally identifiable information and/or protected health information with third-party technologies without patient consent.

Who can file a claim?

Class members must be both Indiana citizens and patients of Reid Health whose private information the company allegedly disclosed to third parties via the Meta pixel or any other website tracking, analytics or advertising technologies on its websites.

How much is the Reid Health payout?

Each eligible class member who submits a valid claim will receive a cash payment of $25. In addition, all class members will receive a code to enroll in a one-year Medical Shield product at no cost.

How to claim a settlement payment

Class members can use the online claim form or download, print, complete and mail the PDF claim form to the settlement administrator. The claim form deadline is Dec. 24, 2025.

Required information

All claimants must provide the class member ID from the notice they received. Online claimants must all provide the PIN from the same notice. Those who cannot locate their ID or PIN should contact the settlement administrator by emailing info@ReidHospitalPixelSettlement.com or calling 844-496-1154 and providing their full name and mailing address.

When is the Reid Health pixel settlement payout date?

The settlement administrator will distribute payments and enrollment codes to approved claimants approximately 45 days after it resolves any appeals and the settlement receives final court approval.

Why did this class action settlement happen?

The class action lawsuit alleged Reid Health disclosed patients’ confidential information to third-party technologies through its website without patient consent, potentially violating privacy rights.

Reid Health denies all allegations but agreed to settle to avoid the costs and uncertainties of continued litigation.
