Festival Fun Parks $500,000 Ticket Fee Claims Settlement

Individuals who purchased tickets to Lake Compounce between Oct. 1, 2023, and June 12, 2025, and paid a processing fee may be eligible to claim a cash payment from a class action settlement.

Who can file a claim?

Class members are individuals who purchased one or more tickets to Lake Compunce from the Festival Fun Park website, www.lakecompounce.com, between Oct. 1, 2023, and June 12, 2025, and paid a processing fee in connection with their purchase.

How much can class members get?

Class members who submit a valid claim will receive a pro rata share of the net settlement fund. The amount each person receives will depend on:

The settlement administrator will use the defendant’s records to verify eligibility.
