If you received a text message from HumanN after you had already asked them to stop, you may be eligible to submit a claim for up to $55 in product vouchers or $25 in cash per text from a class action settlement.

Human Power of N Company d/b/a HumanN has agreed to pay $796,400 to settle a class action lawsuit. The lawsuit alleges that HumanN sent marketing text messages to individuals after they had requested not to receive further messages, which may have violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA).

Who is eligible for a TCPA settlement payout?

Class members must meet the following criteria:

• They are located in the United States and received a text message from HumanN, or anyone acting on their behalf, regarding HumanN goods, products or services.
• The text message was sent between July 8, 2020, and July 8, 2024.
• The message was sent to their residential phone number.
• They had previously requested that HumanN stop sending text messages.

How much is the HumanN class action payment?

Class members can select from the following benefit options:

• $55 Voucher: A voucher worth $55 for HumanN products, redeemable through HumanN’s website, for each qualifying text message received.
• $25 Cash: A cash payment of $25 for each qualifying text message received.

How to claim a TCPA class action rebate

To receive a settlement payment, class members must submit a valid claim form by the deadline of July 17, 2025. There are two ways to file a claim:

• They can file a claim online.
• They can download and print the PDF claim form to complete and mail to the settlement administrator.

• The Class Member ID from the official settlement notice is required to submit a claim online or by mail.

• Class members selecting vouchers will receive a mailed voucher to the address provided.

$796,400 TCPA class action settlement fund

The settlement fund of $796,400 will include:

• Settlement administration costs: Estimated not to exceed $50,000
• Attorneys' fees and costs: Up to $267,000
• Service award to class representative: $7,500
• Payments to approved claimants: Remaining settlement funds

When is the HumanN unwanted text message settlement payout date?

Payments or vouchers will be mailed to approved claimants approximately 90 days after the court grants final approval of the settlement.
