
Individuals who applied for a job in Washington state with Lennox International, Lennox National Account Services or Lennox Industries between Jan. 1, 2023, and April 15, 2026, may be eligible to submit a claim for a cash payment from a class action settlement.
Lennox International Inc. and its affiliates agreed to pay between $384,260.90 and $557,500 to settle a class action lawsuit alleging its job postings for open positions in Washington did not include required wage and benefit information.
Who can file a claim?
Class members must meet the following criteria:
- They applied for a job opening in Washington with Lennox International, Lennox National Account Services or Lennox Industries between Jan. 1, 2023, and April 15, 2026.
- The job posting they applied for did not disclose the wage scale, salary range, a general description of all benefits and other compensation the position offered.
- Lennox’s records identify them as having applied for such a position during the qualifying period.
How much are settlement payments?
Pro rata cash payment: Class members can submit a claim to receive a cash payment estimated between $1,560.70-$5,000. The settlement administrator will determine the final payment amount by the total number of claims filed.
How to claim a class action rebate
To receive a settlement payment, class members can file a claim online or complete the claim form included with their notice and mail or email it to the settlement administrator.

Settlement fund breakdown
The settlement fund of up to $557,500 will include:
- Settlement administration costs: Up to $20,000
- Attorneys' fees: $164,463
- Attorneys' expenses: Up to $5,000
- Service award to class representative: $20,000
- Payments to approved claimants: Remaining settlement funds
If fewer than 50% of class members submit a claim, the settlement administrator will donate any remaining settlement funds after it makes all payments to the Legal Foundation of Washington.

When is the Lennox job posting class action settlement payout date?
The settlement administrator will issue payments to approved claimants approximately 60 days after the court grants final approval of the settlement.

This class action lawsuit claimed Lennox International Inc. and its affiliates failed to include required wage and benefit information in job postings for open positions in Washington as required by state law.
The company denies the allegations but agreed to settle to avoid the risk and expense of further litigation.
