Bath & Body Works, LLC and Victoria’s Secret Stores, LLC have agreed to pay up to $15,000,000 to settle a class action lawsuit for alleged violations of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA). This settlement aims to compensate consumers who were affected by the alleged improper printing of credit and debit card information on receipts.

Class members who submit a valid claim form are eligible to receive a voucher worth up to $15 to use on any single purchase at a Victoria’s Secret, PINK, or Bath & Body Works store. If you made purchases at both Bath & Body Works and either Victoria’s Secret or PINK, you can receive two vouchers, one for each store.
For those who made purchases using My Bath & Body Works Rewards or a Victoria’s Secret branded credit or debit card and do not submit a claim form, an automatic voucher worth up to $5 will be provided.

Yes, proof is required to claim the reward. Class members must submit a claim form to receive a voucher worth up to $15. If you made purchases using My Bath & Body Works Rewards or a Victoria’s Secret branded credit or debit card, you will automatically receive a voucher worth up to $5 without submitting a claim form.
To claim your award, you must complete and submit a claim form. You can file a claim online. Alternatively, you can submit your claim by postal mail. Ensure that your claim form is postmarked by July 16, 2024, or submitted online by 11:59 p.m. (Eastern) on the same date.
Once your claim is approved, you will receive a voucher that can be used towards a single purchase at Victoria’s Secret, PINK, or Bath & Body Works. The voucher will be sent to you and will be valid for six months from the date of issuance.
The total settlement amount could rise to $15,000,000. This amount will cover the vouchers for eligible class members, attorneys’ fees, and other administrative costs. Class Counsel will receive up to $3,000,000 in attorneys’ fees and costs, subject to court approval. Named Plaintiffs will request service awards of up to $5,000 each for their efforts in bringing the action.
