If you incurred $300 in bank fees and $100 in phone charges, you could claim a total of $400 in out-of-pocket expenses. For extraordinary losses, if you had $1,500 in fraud-related costs and $300 in professional fees, you could claim a total of $1,800.

Is Proof Required to Claim the Reward?

Yes, proof is required to claim the reward. Claimants must provide documentation of their out-of-pocket expenses and extraordinary losses. Self-prepared documents, such as handwritten receipts, are insufficient by themselves but can support other submitted documentation.
