What Happened?
On April 29, 2026, Women’s Center for Radiology became aware of suspicious activity on certain systems within its computer network. The center quickly took steps to contain the incident and brought in third-party specialists to investigate.
The investigation determined that there was unauthorized access to a limited subset of the network between April 26, 2026, and April 28, 2026. During this time, certain files were accessed or downloaded without authorization.
