What Happened?

In late October 2025, Wheels Up Partners discovered a significant data breach. On Oct. 23, 2025, the company detected that an unauthorized actor may have gained access to and copied certain files from its information technology systems.

The investigation revealed that the unauthorized access actually occurred on Oct. 20, 2025. By Nov. 3, 2025, Wheels Up completed a review of the impacted files and began notifying affected individuals.

So far, the breach has affected at least 5,710 people in the U.S., including 274 in Texas and 10 in Maine. However, the investigation is ongoing and the number of impacted individuals is subject to change.

Beginning on Dec. 9, 2025, the company mailed notices to impacted individuals and disclosed the breach to the Attorney Generals' offices in Maine, Texas, Vermont and Massachusetts.
