What happened?
In September 2025, Washington Prime Group experienced a data breach. On Sept. 23, 2025, a group known as Worldleaks claimed responsibility for leaking data from the company, with details posted on the Tor network.
So far, the breach has impacted at least 488 individuals in Texas, six in Massachusetts and two in New Hampshire. However, this is an ongoing investigation and the number of impacted individuals is subject to change.

Beginning on Dec. 23, 2025, the company disclosed the data breach to the Attorney Generals' offices in Vermont, Massachusetts, Texas, and New Hampshire. Impacted individuals have been notified by mail.
