On or about June 15, 2026, Wabi Sabi Behavioral Health Center discovered that an unauthorized user gained access to its QuickBooks Online account.
The breach occurred through compromised credentials associated with a third-party account that had authorized access to the system. The incident was discovered after unauthorized changes to payroll-related information were identified.
Upon discovery, Wabi Sabi secured the affected accounts and worked with Intuit to investigate. The investigation determined that the unauthorized user had access to payroll records and may have viewed personal information.
