Village Practice Management Company reported a data breach involving sensitive consumer information. The incident stemmed from a network security event at Aesto LLC, a vendor providing healthcare data migration and archiving services.
On or about Dec. 18, 2025, Aesto experienced a security incident impacting its Amazon Web Services infrastructure.
After an investigation, it was confirmed on May 26, 2026, that between Dec. 2, 2025, and Dec. 18, 2025, an unauthorized actor may have accessed and/or acquired protected health information stored on Aesto’s network.

- Medical information
- Dates of birth
Village Practice Management notified affected individuals by U.S. mail. So far, 25,022 residents of Texas and 36 in Massachusetts were impacted.
