Catwig LLC, doing business as Victory Disability, is a Pennsylvania-based law firm and Social Security services company. The firm focuses on helping U.S. military veterans and their families obtain Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and VA disability benefits. Victory Disability has been operating since 2014 and serves clients nationwide.

The company is known for representing disabled Americans in the Social Security disability process, assisting with initial filings, appeals, and hearings before an administrative law judge. Victory Disability is accredited by the Better Business Bureau and maintains memberships with several national organizations related to disability representation. The firm’s main office is located at 255 Great Valley Parkway, Suite 150, Malvern, PA 19355.

What happened?

In November 2025, Victory Disability became aware that an unknown party had accessed information belonging to the firm. An investigation revealed that between Oct. 27 and Nov. 12, 2025, an unauthorized party accessed part of Victory Disability’s environment and may have viewed or copied certain sensitive information.

So far, the cybersecurity incident has impacted at least 3,045 residents in Texas, 130 in Massachusetts and 38 in New Hampshire.

  • Contact information (address, email, telephone number)
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Medical information, such as diagnosis, treatment, medications and lab results

Beginning on Dec. 12, 2025, Victory Disability disclosed the data breach to the Attorney General's offices in Texas, Vermont, and California.

Your Rights and Next Steps

If you received a notification about this data breach, it is important to know what steps to take next. Victory Disability is offering 24 months of complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services through Cyberscout, a TransUnion company. These services include credit monitoring, cyber monitoring for personal data on the dark web and proactive fraud assistance.

Individuals are encouraged to:

  • Enroll in the free credit monitoring and identity protection services by the deadline provided in the notice
  • Review their accounts and credit reports for suspicious activity
  • Order a free annual credit report at www.annualcreditreport.com
  • Consider placing a fraud alert or security freeze on credit files with major credit bureaus
  • Report any suspected identity theft to law enforcement, the Federal Trade Commission or their state attorney general

The Fair Credit Reporting Act provides additional rights, including the ability to dispute inaccurate information and to limit prescreened offers of credit and insurance. Residents of certain states, such as Iowa, Maryland, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island and Washington, D.C., have additional resources and contact information listed in the official notice.
