What Happened?
On or around Sept. 15, 2025, Valley Radiology Consultants Medical Group detected suspicious activity on its computer systems.
The company secured its systems and brought in a third-party cybersecurity firm to investigate. The forensic investigation determined that certain files, including patient files, were accessed by an unauthorized actor.
Valley Radiology finalized the list of individuals to notify on Feb. 18, 2026.
At this time, the only type of information exposed are medical records.
The breach was reported to the California Attorney General’s office on March 2, 2026. Additionally, the company released a notice of the incident on its website.
