What Happened?
On or about Feb. 14, 2026, UFP Technologies detected suspicious activity in its information technology systems. The company responded by isolating affected systems and launching an investigation with external cybersecurity advisors.
According to the company’s disclosure to the U.S SEC, a third party gained unauthorized access to many of UFP Technologies’ IT systems, impacting functions such as billing and label making for customer deliveries.
The company confirmed that certain files were stolen or destroyed during the incident. While UFP Technologies has restored access to its systems and operations have continued, the investigation into the full extent of the breach is ongoing.
At this time, UFP Technologies has not specified the exact types of consumer information that were exposed nor how many people were impacted as a result of the breach.
