What Happened?

Once the suspicious activity was discovered, TruView took steps to secure its environment, notified law enforcement and hired third-party cybersecurity specialists to investigate.

TruView conducted a thorough review of the affected files to determine what information was exposed and who was impacted. The company began notifying affected individuals in writing on April 8, 2026.

It is undisclosed publicly how many total individuals were impacted as a result of the breach.
