What Happened?

In November 2025, True RCM experienced a data breach.

On Nov. 24, 2025, the company detected that an unauthorized third party had accessed its network environment. A forensic investigation determined that on Nov. 21, 2025, certain personal information was acquired by the unauthorized party. The incident resulted in systems and servers being inoperable for a limited time.

The breach was reported to the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office on March 19, 2026, and to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on Jan. 20, 2026. A total of 1,247 people in the United States were affected, including 21 in Massachusetts.
