What Happened?
J. Arthur Trudeau Memorial Center discovered a data breach on Jan. 29, 2026, after unauthorized activity was detected on its network. The breach occurred between Jan. 22 and Jan. 28, 2026.
The incident was reported to the Massachusetts Attorney General on July 16, 2026, and to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on March 30, 2026.
A total of 5,630 people in the United States were affected, including 97 in Massachusetts. The exposed information may include highly sensitive data.
