An investigation revealed that from May 22, 2025, to May 23, 2025, an unauthorized party accessed ApolloMD’s systems.

The cyberattack compromised files containing sensitive patient personal and protected health information. Impacted individuals were notified by mail on Sept. 17, 2025.

ApolloMD posted a notice of data security incident on its website. The data breach involved multiple affiliated physician practices and possibly thousands of patients.
