What Happened?

On Oct. 31, 2025, Titan became aware that certain files on its systems had been encrypted by ransomware. The company began an investigation and took its systems offline.

The investigation revealed that an unauthorized actor had accessed certain systems as early as Oct. 24, 2025. Titan Roofing completed its review of the impacted information on Feb. 10, 2026.
