What Happened?

On April 24, 2026, Time Equities discovered that certain personal information had been potentially impacted by suspicious email activity that first detected on Oct. 16, 2025. The company launched an investigation with cybersecurity experts and determined that files containing sensitive information may have been accessed and acquired without authorization on that date.

A ransomware group called Payouts King claimed responsibility for the attack and posted about it on the dark web on Oct. 29, 2025, stating they had obtained 3.1 TB of company data.
