The breach occurred between June 16, 2026, and July 8, 2026, and affected at least three individuals in Massachusetts, with other states potentially impacted as well.
During this incident, unauthorized access led to the exposure of sensitive personal and health information. The company delayed notification due to the protected nature of the forensic investigation but has since notified affected individuals.
