What Happened?
In November 2025, The Asthma Center discovered suspicious activity on its computer systems.
After securing its network, the company launched an investigation to determine what happened and the extent of the incident. The investigation revealed that an unauthorized actor accessed certain systems between Oct. 28, 2025, and Nov. 17, 2025, and may have downloaded files containing sensitive information.
A thorough review identified that the following types of information were potentially exposed:

- Medical information (such as limited clinical information, diagnosis information, prescription information and treatment information)
