What Happened?

On March 18, 2026, TELUS Digital learned that personal information from certain individuals who participated in research studies or provided services to the company was accessed by an unauthorized third party. This incident was part of an ongoing investigation into a data security breach first identified on Nov. 12, 2025, involving unauthorized access to a limited number of company systems.

The breach was reported to the attorneys general of Texas, Vermont, and Washington. The number of affected individuals includes 625 in Texas and 9,343 in Washington.
