What Happened?

A data breach involving Standards Home Health was disclosed to the Texas Attorney General on Jan. 5, 2026, and to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on Dec. 31, 2025.

The breach affected a total of 6,847 individuals across the United States, with 1,140 of those in Texas. The company notified affected individuals by publication in print media and by U.S. Mail.
