Southwest Urology experienced a data breach affecting at least 7,214 individuals. Integrated Oncology Network, a company providing administrative services to Southwest Urology, discovered a data breach caused by an email phishing scam that occurred between Dec. 13, 2024, and Dec. 16, 2024
The cybersecurity incident compromised both personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI). Southwest Urology disclosed the data breach to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on July 27, 2025.
