What happened?

In early June 2025, Southern Tire Mart LLC experienced a data breach affecting thousands of individuals. Between June 2 and June 3, 2025, unauthorized access occurred within the company's internal network.

The data breach was discovered and contained on June 3, 2025. A review determined sensitive personal and financial information was compromised in the cybersecurity incident, which impacted at least 6,267 people in Texas alone.
