The company determined on June 30, 2026, that an unauthorized third party had accessed files containing personal information. The breach was reported to various state authorities at the end of July 2026.
The breach affected at least 3,851 individuals in Texas, 71 in Massachusetts and nine in Vermont, with additional affected individuals in other states.
