What Happened?

On Nov. 12, 2025, SitusAMC discovered an incident that resulted in certain information from its systems being compromised. The company immediately launched an investigation with the help of third-party experts and notified federal law enforcement authorities. According to the notice, the incident did not involve encrypting malware and services remained fully operational.

The breach affected corporate data associated with some of SitusAMC’s clients, including accounting records and legal agreements.
